Ingredients
- 1 1 onion, sliced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, sliced in half
- 5 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oiloil
- 1 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoons lime zest
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cilantro, trimmed and sliced
Instructions
- Coat onion, jalapeño pepper and tomatoes with oil
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add grill grate to your Power XL Grill.
- Press grill setting
- Choose max temperature and set it to 10 minutes
- Press start to preheat.
- Add vegetables on the grill.
- Cook for 5 minutes per side.
- . Transfer to a plate and let cool.
- Add vegetable mixture to a food processor
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Pulse until smooth
