Ingredients

1 onion, sliced

jalapeño pepper, sliced in half

tomatoes, sliced

oiloil

lime juice

lime zest

ground cumin

cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

cilantro, trimmed and sliced
Instructions
Coat onion, jalapeño pepper and tomatoes with oil
Season with salt and pepper.
Add grill grate to your Power XL Grill.
Press grill setting
Choose max temperature and set it to 10 minutes
Press start to preheat.
Add vegetables on the grill.
Cook for 5 minutes per side.
. Transfer to a plate and let cool.
Add vegetable mixture to a food processor
Stir in remaining ingredients
Pulse until smooth
