Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, sliced in half
  • 5 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oiloil
  • 1 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cilantro, trimmed and sliced

Instructions
 

  • Coat onion, jalapeño pepper and tomatoes with oil
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add grill grate to your Power XL Grill.
  • Press grill setting
  • Choose max temperature and set it to 10 minutes
  • Press start to preheat.
  • Add vegetables on the grill.
  • Cook for 5 minutes per side.
  • . Transfer to a plate and let cool.
  • Add vegetable mixture to a food processor
  • Stir in remaining ingredients
  • Pulse until smooth
