Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 hass avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • Aquafaba from one bean can (bean liquid)

Instructions
 

  • Take a shallow bowl and add almond meal, salt
  • Pour aquafaba in another bowl, dredge avocado slices in aquafaba and then into the crumbs to get a nice coating
  • Assemble them in a single layer in your Dutch oven cookingbasket, don’t overlap
  • Cook for 10 minutes at 390 degrees F, give the basket a shake, and cook for 5 minutes more
  • Serve and enjoy!
