Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp smoky chipotle powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup crushed saltines
  • 20 oz wax beans

Instructions
 

  • Combine the flour, chipotle powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  • Wash the beans with cold water and discard any tough strings.
  • Coat the beans with the flour mixture, before dipping them into the beaten egg. Lastly cover them with the crushed saltines.
  • Spritz the beans with cooking spray
  • Air-fry at 360degreesF for 4 minutes. Give the cooking basket a good shake and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
