Ingredients
  

  • unsmoked turkey
  • 1 tbsp strips small potatoes
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes and cube them finel inely.
  • . Coat in 1 teaspoon of oil and cook in the Dutch oven for 10minutes at 350degreesF.
  • In separate bowl, slice the turkey finely and combine with the garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Pour the potatoes into the bowl and mix well
  • Lay the mixture on some silver aluminum foil, transfer to the fryer and cook for about 10 minutes
  • Serve with raita.
