Ingredients
  

  • 1 and 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • Olive oil as needed
  • 1 and 1/2 salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Cut pumpkin and scrape out seeds and flesh
  • Separate flesh from seeds and rinse the seeds under cold water
  • Bring two-quarter of salted water to boil and add seeds, boil for 10minutes
  • Drain seeds and spread them on a kitchen towel
  • Dry for 20 minutes
  • Preheat your fryer to 350 degrees F
  • Take a bowl and add seeds, smoked paprika, and olive oil
  • Season with salt and transfer to your Dutch oven cooking basket
  • Cook for 35 minutes, enjoy it!
