Ingredients
  

  • 15 ounces Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 and 3/4 ounces raisins, drained
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 and 3/4 ounces ounces toasted pine nuts

Instructions
 

  • Take a pot of boiling water, then add sprouts and boil them for 4minutes.
  • Transfer the sprouts to cold water and drain them well.
  • Place them in a freezer and cool them.
  • Take your raisins and soak them in orange juice for 20 minutes.

  • Warm your Dutch oven to a temperature of 392-degree F
  • Take a pan and pour oil, and stir the sprouts.
  • Take the sprouts and transfer them to your Dutch oven.
  • Roast for 15 minutes.
  • Serve the sprouts with pine nuts, orange juice, and raisins!
