Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado
  • Tortillas and toppings
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Scoop out the meat from each avocado shell and slice them into wedges.
  • Beat the egg in a shallow bowl and put the breadcrumbs in another bowl.
