Greek Potatoes

Greek Potatoes is a traditional Greek side dish made with potatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs. The potatoes are baked until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and are seasoned with a combination of Mediterranean flavors. Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib potatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 2 tbsp llemon juice
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cupcup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cupcup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Add crisper plate to the dutch oven basket inside the Power XL Grill
  • Choose air fry setting.
  • Set it to 390 degrees F.4. Preheat for 3 minutes.
  • While preheating, toss potatoes in oil.
  • Sprinkle with paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.
  • Add potatoes to the crisper plate.8. Air fry for 18 minutes.
  • Toss and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add onion and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a bowl.
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
