Fried Garlic Pickles

Fried garlic pickles are a popular snack food that combines the tanginess of pickles with the savory flavor of garlic and the crunch of fried batter. The recipe typically involves coating sliced dill pickles in a seasoned flour mixture, then dipping them in an egg wash and coating them in a breadcrumb mixture before frying until golden brown and crispy. The addition of garlic to the batter adds an extra layer of flavor and makes for a tasty and addictive snack. Fried garlic pickles are often served with a dipping sauce such as ranch dressing or spicy mayo.
