  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions
 

  • 1. Add the sliced potatoes to a bowl with salted water. Let them soak for 30 minutes. Drain and rinse your potatoes.
  • Pat dry and toss with salt.
  • Cook in the preheated Dutch ovenset at 400 degrees F for 15minutes, occasionally shaking the basket.
  • Work in batches. Toss with the garlic powder and paprika. Serve with ketchup. Enjoy
