Ingredients
  

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tbsps mayonnaise
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp mixed peppercorns, crushed

Instructions
 

  • Put the wire rack in the Dutch oven basket; lower the eggs onto the wire rack.
  • Cook utilizing 270 degrees F for 15 minutes.
  • Handover them to an ice-cold water bath to stop the cooking
  • Peel the eggs underneath cold running water; slice them into halves.
  • Puree the egg yolks with the mayo, sweet pickle relish, salt; spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Assemble on a nice serving platter and garnish with the mixed peppercorns. Bon appétit!
