Ingredients
  

  • 1 large onion
  • peeled slices sugar-free bacon
  • 1 tbsptbsp sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Chop up the onion into slices a quarter-inch thick. Gently pull apart the rings. Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around an onion ring. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Place each onion ring in your fryer
  • Cut the onion rings at 350degreesF for ten minutes, turning them halfway through to ensure the bacon crisps up.
  • Serve hot with the sriracha.
