Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds winter squash, peeled and make chunks
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sage, chopped
  • Zest of 1 small-sized lemon
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • A coarse pinch salt
  • A pinch pepper
  • 1/8 tsp allspice, ground

Instructions
 

  • Place your dutch oven on a flat kitchen surface; plug it and turn it on. Set temperature to 350 degrees F and let it preheat for 4-5minutes.
  • Take out the air-frying basket and gently coat it using a cooking oil or spray.
  • In a bowl of medium size, thoroughly mix the ingredients exceptfor squash. Cover the squash chunks with the mixture.
  • Add the chunks to the basket. Push the air-frying basket in the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Increase temperature to 400 degrees F and cook for 8 more minutes. Serve warm!
