Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups tofu, diced
  • 3/4 cup vegetable broth, divided
  • 2 garlic cloves, mashed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 inch cube ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of corn starch
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Toss tofu with ginger, salt, and garlic in a large bowl. Pour in 3cups of broth and soak or 20 minutes.
  • Whisk wheat flour with cornstarch and ¾ cup broth in a bowl untilsmooth. Remove the tofu cubes from the milk and dip the cubes inthe flour batter.
  • Place the tofu chunks in the Dutch oven basket. Set the basket inside the Dutch oven toaster oven and close the lid. Select the Air Fry mode at 390°F temperature for 15 minutes. Serve fresh.
