Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 4 cups chopped book Choy
  • 4 oz ground pork

Cooking spray

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp lower-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp packed light Sugar
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped scallions

Instructions
 

  • In a greased skillet, sauté bok choy for 8 minutes, then add ginger and garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Transfer the bok choy to a plate.
  • Add pork and red pepper then mix well. Place the dumpling wrapson the working surface and divide the pork fillings on thedumpling wraps.
  • Wet the edges of the wraps and pinch them together to seal thefilling. Place the dumpling in the Dutch oven basket.
  • Set the Dutch oven basket inside the Dutch oven toaster oven and close the lid. Select the Air Fry mode at 375°F temperature for 12minutes. Flip the dumplings after 6 minutes then resume cooking. Serve fresh.
