  • 1 orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • First sauté the mushroom stems, with onion, bacon, and bell pepper in a pan.
  • After 5 minutes of cooking, add 1 cup cheese and sour cream. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Place the mushroom caps on the Dutch oven basket crisper plate
  • Stuff each mushroom with the cheese-vegetable mixture and top them with cheddar cheese.
  • Insert the basket back insider and select Air Fry mode for 8minutes at 350°F
  • Serve warm.
