Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 (7-ounce) salmon fillets

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add all the ingredients except the salmon and mix well.
  • Add the salmon fillets and coat with the mixture generously.
  • Press “Power Button” of Power XL Digital Air Fry Oven and turn the dial to select “Air Bake” mode.
  • Now push “Temp Button” and rotate the dial to set the temperature at 400 degrees F.
  • Press “Start/Pause” button to start.
  • When the unit beeps to show that it is preheated, open the lid.
  • Arrange the salmon fillets over the greased wire rack and insert in the oven.
  • Flip the fillets once halfway through.
  • When cooking time is complete, open the lid and transfer the salmon fillets onto serving plates.
  • Serve hot.
