Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp, deveined and peeled
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 garlic cloves, diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Dutch oven to 350 o F and grease an Dutch ovenbasket.
  • Drizzle shrimp with olive oil and lemon juice and season withgarlic, salt and cracked pepper.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 3hours
  • Stir in the parmesan cheese and cilantro to the bowl and transfer to the Dutch oven basket.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes and serve immediately
