  • Mix lemon juice, garlic, and spices in a bowl.

  • Thread the shrimp onto presoaked wooden skewers and transfer tothe Dutch oven basket.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping once in between.
  • Dish out the mixture onto serving plates and serve garnished withfresh cilantro.
