  • 1/3 C. panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 C. egg whites
  • 1/3 C. almond flour
  • 3 tilapia
  • Olive oil

  • Preparing the Ingredients. Place panko, egg whites, and flour intoseparate bowls. Mix lemon pepper and Italian seasoning in withbreadcrumbs
  • Pat tilapia fillets dry. Dredge in flour, then egg, then bread crumb mixture.
  • Air Frying. Add to the Oven rack/basket and spray lightly with olive oil. Place the Rack on the middle-shelf of the Dutch oven.
