Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb beef roast, cubes
  • 2 green bell peppers (chopped)
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 jalapenos (chopped)
  • 2 yellow onions (diced)
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 dried oregano
  • 1 Habanero pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp. cilantro (chopped)
  • 14 oz canned tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of black olive (pitted and chopped)
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the dutch oven to 3600F
  • In a bowl, mix chili powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, garlicpowder, paprika, and 1 tsp. cumin. Rub the combination into the both sides of the steak then transfer to your dutch oven. Cook for10 minutes.
  • Mix all the Pico de Gallo ingredients in a bowl and add pepper to taste.
  • Serve the steak with the Pico de Gallo at the side, enjoy.
