Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 spaghetti squash (pricked)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 28 oz canned tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 Portobello mushroom (sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 yellow onion (diced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the dutch oven to 3500F, transfer the spaghetti squash intothe dutch oven, and cook for 20 minutes. Remove and transfer tothe cutting board and cut into halves. Remove and discard theseeds.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat, add the beef, garlic, onions,mushroom, stir and cook until the meat is golden brown. Add theremaining ingredients except for the squash and allow them tocook for 10 minutes.
  • Stuff the squash with the beef mix and transfer into the dutch oven;cook for 10 minutes at 3600F
