Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb beef (cut into cubes)
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 3 medium potatoes (cut into cubes)
  • 2 yellow onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp wine mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2-1/2 tbsp curry
  • 10 oz can coconut milk
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the dutch oven to 3600F
  • Place a pan over medium heat (make sure the pan fits into yourdutch oven), add oil, and heat until shimmering. Add the onionsand garlic, cook for 4 minutes or until translucent. Add the beef, curry powder, tomato sauce, coconut milk, salt, and pepper
  • Stir and transfer to the dutch oven; set the time for 40 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy.
