  • 1 lb broccoli florets

  • In a bowl, mix the oyster sauce, sesame oil, sherry, soy sauce, andsugar. Add the beef and mix; leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Transfer the meat to a pan that fits into the dutch oven, add the broccoli, garlic, oil, and toss together. Cook for 12 minutes.
  • Uncover the dutch oven, serve, and enjoy.
