Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb beef roast
  • 6 bacon strips
  • 1 - 3/4 beef stock
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup red wine
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the dutch oven to 4000F.
  • In a bowl, add the butter, horseradish, mustard, garlic, salt, garlic, and mix. Rub the beef with the mixture.
  • Arrange the bacon on a cutting board, add the meat on top and wrap the beef with the bacon strips. Put it into the dutch oven then cook for 15 minutes. Remove the beef roast and transfer to a pan
  • Add the stock and wine to the pan, lower the temperature to 3600Fand cook for 30minutes.
  • Carve the beef and serve
