  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash sweet potatoes and pat dry.
  • Brush the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkling with salt.
  • Preheat the dutch oven to 400 degrees.
  • Set the timer at 30 minutes and flip at the 20-minute mark. When the timer goes off, reset it for another 10 minutes to finish cooking.
