  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the dutch oven to 3000F.
  • Place a pot over high heat then place the meat and brown on allsides for 3-5 minutes. Add the tomato, carrot, onions, celery,mushroom, salt, pepper, mustard, stock, and thyme, stir.
  • In a bowl, add water and flour, stir. Add to the pot and transfer into the dutch oven and cook for 1 hour
